US Shipping Package Services

All Dare U orders are shipped by FedEx

FedEx 2Day Delivery:

Second-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). For certain shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery is in 3 business days. Available throughout all 50 states.

FedEx Home Delivery®:

Get residential day-definite delivery in 1–5 business days (3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii) based on the distance to your destination. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Available to every U.S. residential address, for packages up to 70 lbs. convenient delivery options are available for recipients with appointment and evening requirements1.

FedEx Priority Delivery:

Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

International Services

For international services, please contact customercare@dareuboutique.com if you do not see your country listed. All international customers are responsible for tax charges.

International Regular Priority Mail: ships 6-10 business days with tracking number provided (Best Option for International Shipment: Tracking number & DU is responsible for lost/stolen package)

International Regular Mail: ships up to 10 business days with no tracking number provided. DU is not responsible for tracking once left out the country for this option or for any stolen/lost package. (Some countries may take longer due to customs so up to 20 days)

FedEx International Economy®: within 5 business days with tracking. Faster & Safer.

Time-definite delivery to Canada and Puerto Rico from the U.S. typically in 2 or 3 business days.

Time-definite delivery to Mexico and key Asian and Latin American markets from the U.S. typically in 3 or 4 business days.

Time-definite delivery to key European markets from the U.S. typically in 4 business days.

FedEx International PriorityTM: 1-3 business days with tracking number. Faster & Safer. Expedited international shipping for urgent, customs-cleared delivery , door-to-door delivery to all countries.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Dare U Boutique guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact customercare@dareuboutique.com for a return authorization. Customer service must be contacted within 5 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. We will accept the return of any unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. All JEWELRY and SALE ITEMS is FINAL!!!

If the item is defective upon receipt you must also contact DU customer service to make a return within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Returns must be returned within five days after order is shipped and must have the original receipt and will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please contact customer@dareuboutique.com with questions regarding returns or exchanges. If you do not have a proof of purchase or receipt for your return please email us at customercare@dareuboutique.com for approval before shipping anything back.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
